I can't get the subpilot to connect to Chase bank. It sits and spins and then tells me the name or password isn't correct. I can't find where to change it, besides i log into my accounts all the time with my phone and never have a problem. I've paid for several months with no benefit. Please help me start by canceling this subscription.
