I paid for the program and then there was no way for me to sign in. Every email address I entered (I have three) says that address is already in use. I’ve never had this app so not sure how that could be. Secondly, I have since learned I must give all my banking info and that is not happening. I want my original funds returned and my subscription cancelled but I can’t even find any contact information for them.
