I’m extremely frustrated with what has occurred. I originally signed up to cancel subscriptions and avoid being charged, and instead SubPilot re-subscribed me and charged my account without my authorization.
I then had to personally contact those companies to cancel the services and request refunds because I did not sign up for them and did not approve those charges.
This is the exact opposite of the service that was advertised.
Please:
1. Cancel my SubPilot account immediately
2. Refund any charges made by SubPilot
3. Confirm that no further subscriptions or billing actions will be taken on my behalf
I did not authorize SubPilot to enroll me in any paid subscriptions, and I expect this to be resolved promptly.
