I read the hype about Subpilot and signed up for a free trial. Since I had something similar I wanted to compare the services. When I realized they were very similar I went to cancel Subpilot, but had trouble finding my trial information. I found a full charge for the service a day later so I figured I’d have a look to see what came up. After attempting to cancel two different subscriptions with no success, I’m extremely frustrated. I would like to receive any money I’ve paid and to cancel the service. Wish me luck!
Now I feel like a shmuck. I just saw they cancelled one of my subscriptions but not the other. Like the title said the user experience is confusing.
