Software works fairly well for what it's intended for, but does have several bugs with the Ideation Chat (first thing you see on the Dashboard when you sign up). I was a trial member and asked for a bit of help and clarification on a few items, along with feedback on items that were not working and got a fairly rude and dismissive email reply back. The developer doesn't like any helpful feedback of his software. Due to his behavior, I decided to not move forward with the service. You can actually use NotebookLM and Claude to accomplish the same thing, for $17 a month.I docked it 2 stars due to the intermittent bugs, low quality support from the developer, and lack of tact he has with his support emails.
