Like others have mentioned, this is a scam company.They advertise name brand products and send you cheap knockoffs you can get for half the price on Amazon.I ordered an O'Pen 3 from their website, a high end multi tool pen from the brand O'Light and thought I was getting a good deal on it at around $40 USD. O'Pen 3's go for about $70 in the US retail market.They sent me a cheap $18 knockoff multitool pen I could have got for half the price on Amazon. Huge scam, avoid them like the plague.If you do dispute a claim they want you to send photos of the packaging and the SKU code, so don't discard the packaging like I did.I'm going to dispute the charge on my Credit Card but we'll see how that goes.
