we phoned to get a footlong and was called a prick, a faggot, and a fanny along with multiple others swear words with it. i was extremely disappointed and i am severely upset with this customer service as this severely offended me and will take my business elsewhere for the rest of my life.
Awful service at Subway Telford shopping centre. Must have been the staffs first day as nothing in our order was right. Bread choice was incorrect, we ordered 3 specific sandwichesand each one was exactly the same, we asked for the meal deals which was not accounted for in the total bill. Staff were rude and too busy to deal with our issues. They just wanted to get as many customers as possible served even though several people were complaining. The store is absolutely filthy with food and drink scattered around the floor, seats and tables. Won't be going again
Went to the Subway in Willbrook shopping centre bristol and was refused purely because I did not want to use the self servive tills because I have very bad eye sight.
We faced a long wait of 2 hours from placing our order to receiving it. We had ordered 7 subs, including 3 meal deals, but 3 were incorrect. When we reached out for help, the representatives were not accommodating. Even the correct items were poorly prepared with minimal fillings, and by the time they arrived, everything was cold.
I ordered two Festive Sub Meals instead of our usual Steak Sub. I love Christmas and festive sandwiches, so I was really looking forward to this. Unfortunately, what we received was quite unpleasant. Neither of us could eat it. It wasn't warmed properly, the meat was cold and slimy, the cranberry was undetectable, and the stuffing was overwhelming. I ended up just eating the bread, while my child had to leave theirs. I highly recommend steering clear of this.
I think the title summarizes it well! While waiting to pay, I noticed a staff member in front of me with her finger in her nose. I politely asked her to stop, but she reacted with disbelief and seemed completely unaware of how inappropriate it was. Her colleague had to remind her to wash her hands. It's concerning to think this behavior might be common for her. Some hygiene training seems necessary!
