I got a mortgage loan from Sucasa last year. They were respectful and fast in the process. But the problem started when I decided to refinance to other lender. They were slow, and charged me $1850 discharge fee which is unbelievabley high compared to market. Other lenders either do not charge or charge something around 300-500. So be mindful if you decide to go ahead with Sucasa.
