I was initially pleased with the program, but then I realized they continued to withdraw money even after I canceled. It's frustrating that when you purchase the course, you are actually only buying access to it, meaning you must pay annually to maintain that access. Additionally, if you decide to cancel, each course must be canceled individually, or they will keep charging your card. When I attempted to contact the support team, I received no response via email or chat; only automated messages appeared, and I didn't hear from any real representatives for almost a month. It seems they are avoiding addressing the issue. Overall, a very unsatisfactory customer experience.
