Bought a couple plants for my mom for Mother’s Day. They didn’t show what shipping option they’d use on the site. I tried to email to clarify because one of her addresses doesn’t have a mailbox but they will usually hold at the post office. I never got a response there. I posted a comment on their Instagram saying they didn’t reply. They replied once asking for my email to “find it” and then never replied, never followed up to my email. I replied again that I couldn’t in good conscience ever recommend anyone use them… still silence.My mom got the package. It was heavily damaged in transit and only got there because it was a small town and they knew her name, because it went to the wrong place due to the damage. I won’t ever order from them again. The fact that they completely ignored a customer who reached out multiple times is wild.
