Very bad experience with **@Delhivery** and **@Sudathi** 😞I ordered a saree from Sudathi and accidentally entered the wrong delivery address while placing the order. I corrected the address **well before dispatch**, but despite that, the shipment was marked as **"User Not Available" without even a single call or delivery attempt** from Delhivery.After continuously following up for **3–4 days**, today I was informed that the order **cannot be delivered at all.** When I contacted the Sudathi support team, they explained that due to packing and shipping limitations, they **could not update the delivery address** and asked me to **cancel the order**, which I agreed to.However, **even after accepting the cancellation, the refund has still not been initiated**, and there has been no clear update regarding when I will receive my money.This has been a very frustrating experience — first the delivery issue without proper communication, and now the delay in refund processing.Requesting **@Sudathi and @Delhivery** to please look into this issue and initiate the refund at the earliest. Customers should not have to face such inconvenience for a simple address correction and cancellation.Hoping for a quick resolution. 🙏
