Terrible Experience with SUDATHI – Highly Unprofessional!I ordered a saree from SUDATHI after being assured that the order would be dispatched within 24 hours, along with tracking details shared promptly. It’s been over a week now, and there has been absolutely no response from the company.No dispatch update, no tracking ID, and no customer service support whatsoever. I even tried reaching out multiple times, but received no reply at all. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.If you cannot commit to your own delivery timelines, don’t make such false promises just to attract customers. My experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I would never recommend SUDATHI to anyone. Be very careful before placing any order with them!
