Wanted to give an updated experience for the site after seeing negative reviews. I started off with a similar experience to others, where I ordered a bottle that turned out to be out of stock and delayed my shipment. The differencee is that the person I spoke with on the phone did everything possible to make it right. They went out of their way to overnight my order and exchange the item for a bottle that cost $10 more (all at no additional charge, even though I offered to pay the difference). I knew it was a long shot for anyone to even have the original item I ordered (it's seasonal), but the customer support that I received more than made up for the slight delay and inventory error.
