I ordered the large 30 inch stainless cutting mat and they sent me the 12 inch $160. I have tried everything to get in touch with someone since several emails. I’ve gotten no response whatsoever can’t find a phone number anywhere… I’m contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges. That’s all I know to do now I will say I have never had good luck ordering from China if I had to realized, and I’m surprised I didn’t look I would’ve never ordered.
