Hello All,This is surely not a fake and bogus company, but a messed up startup.They claim a lot when selling their product but after you pay them you will start feeling the music.I have very recently started the program on 17th December 2023.It has been 1 week and only simple blood test has been conducted.1. No proper backend staff. They don't have a way to update any details.2. They will ask you your name and other details but will update the name from Truecaller. They don't believe on customer first hand information even on name.3.They update the address from Google maps and feed the same random information on their database. Even if you have filled the form with proper details, they rely more on Google maps for customer address and not what has been filled by customer.4.Also, they will say that a doctor will follow you up for your vital details but even after the tests are conducted and results out , doctor just called me say that I should contact her between Monday to Friday between 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. So professional working hours because they are taking the pain to reverse your diabetes so they work only during professional hours.Till now this has been my experience and I will keep on updating my experience through out the year.Until next beautiful experience in my sugar reversal journey with Sugarfit, take care and keep on listening to all the beautiful experience from others
