I’ve been using this platform for a while and haven’t encountered many issues. Whenever I reach out, they typically respond promptly, which is appreciated since nobody likes waiting. To be fair, I haven’t explored other platforms, so I can’t compare them. Currently, I’m awaiting a reply, which has taken about 13 hours, longer than usual. It’s a bit annoying, but it could just be a busy day. I’ll return to update my review based on how they handle it. Until now, they’ve been solid, so I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt.
