I had nail appointment on the 24th of August with Evelina. Never felt more disappointed. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received.Several of my nails are shaped inconsistently, some are noticeably larger, while others are smaller and uneven. One of my pinky nails even had to be completely redone during the appointment because it was applied too short. Despite this, the overall result is uneven and not up to professional standards.When I raised my concerns with the nail technician, instead of addressing them, she advised me to go to another salon across the store. When I already sat there for more than one hour and an half I did not have time to get them redone, she responded, “that’s not my problem.” So rude, disrespectful and disgusting behaviour. Not even sorry has been said. This is unprofessional.
