Booked in today 2/08/25 for a pedicure for me and my partner and for me to get biab afterwards. The original appointment was booked for 2:30 pm for me and my partner to get a pedicure together. I was started and he was left sitting there. When I went online to check, I seen the appointments had been moved to different nail technicians and different times. My pedicure at 2:30, his at 3:45 and my biab at 4:40 pm?! Originally the lady doing his pedicure was ment to do my biab straight after- which was moved. Who in there right mind would move appointments so far spaced out that we would spend the whole of our Saturday evening afternoon in a nail salon- it may not seem like a big deal to some but this was our last date day just the 2 of us before we have a baby in 3 days. And it was ruined. If the appointments had to be moved a heads up would have been nice. We did not care who was doing it but the fact the times were moved and he could not get his pedicure then otherwise we would be in the salon for nearly 5hours which is ridiculous. I also got a pedicure and although the girl was lovely I left with shellac all over my toes as it was not done nearly. It cost €120 which I think with what went on is crazy. Also the lady said she would give a €10 discount cos she could see the appointments was moved and could understand the frustration but never took it off the bill. Over all wasn’t the relaxing experience we set out for it to be and the way the books are ran in the salon is ridiculous, if you’re expected to wait and have appointments moved why do you get to book them for a time? Over all disappointed and won’t be back. Was told the Manager would ring. Will be interesting to see the outcome of such a carnage of an appointment. Disgraceful that when I went in no one told me either when I said “me and my partner has an appointment for 2:30” leaving him sit there for over an hour before I said he was meant to have an appointment.
