Ordered a bottle of tinted mineral spf about 2 months ago and have had to chase ever since, customer service are ok, responding some of the time though often after a couple of emails. However I was told I couldn’t have a refund and it’s looking like the product will never arrived, and customer service seem to think there’s nothing much they can do about it so just glad I didn’t spend a fortune and will avoid this company in the future.
