From the very beginning — from the WhatsApp communication to the current post-transplant follow-ups and their genuine interest in how I am doing, how my hair is growing, and regular photo updates of my head — everything has been absolutely top-level.
The clinic arranged the entire airport–hotel–clinic transfer for all three days of my stay. The transfer itself felt luxurious, the 4-star hotel with breakfast was excellent, and the clinic is modern and operates at the highest level. The facilities, cleanliness, professionalism, human approach, equipment, the transplant itself, and the post-transplant hair care products — everything was truly outstanding.
The surgery itself went by very quickly; before I even realized it, it was over. Precision and a strong focus on quality are clearly their biggest strengths. The pre-operative examinations and hairline design were done with maximum attention to detail.
During the procedure, I did not feel even the slightest pain. The anesthesia was so effective that it felt as if nothing was being done to my head at all. After the operation, they continued to communicate with me and made sure everything was fine. They even provided dinner and transferred me back to the hotel, where the driver himself carefully watched to make sure I didn’t touch my head or damage the grafts.
I am now almost 5 months post-transplant and I can already see incredible results — and we are not even halfway to the final outcome yet. The hairline is designed to look natural, so the final result appears realistic, unlike some other clinics where the hairlines look very artificial.
The clinic continues to care about you even after the surgery, regularly checking in, asking how you are doing, and requesting updated photos to monitor the results.
