It would be less of an issue if you could actually get someone on the phone to walk you through all of your questions, but they have an AI bot for basic not good answers, and then when tech support comes on they may take a day to get back to you. When they do, they want a screen recording under the assumption that you know how to articulate what you need done? That is why you want help because it isn't well laid out. Don't waste the money
