I've used two other crypto tax services so far and just started using Summ this year. I've found its interface and features to be a lot more elegant, responsive and thought-out than the other ones I've used. Gilbert has been great on the customer support side as well. My experience with the other services I've used has usually involved a lot of wishing they had tools/views/reports/etc that they don't have, and getting noncommittal responses or from support about adding the functionality I want or about using some hacky workaround instead, and then ends with me ultimately having to sift through and fix up a lot of txs manually. Whereas with Summ most of what I've wanted to do/use/etc is just there out of the box because they thought of that already, and the most I need support to do is point me to where the tool already is. Their tooling feels like it's downstream of them actually understanding the struggle of doing crypto taxes, which is nice.
