I referred my partner using the official referral link, and he signed up and paid his subscription.When I attempted to claim my $100 reward, I received a notification stating that it could only be claimed after 60 days. However, now that more than 60 days have passed, the reward is no longer available on my account.I contacted support via text, and the automated AI response claimed that my partner cancelled his subscription and requested a refund. This is not true. When I followed up, the AI only provided irrelevant instructions and I have not been able to reach a human representative.Although the amount is $100, I believe this conduct is misleading and potentially in breach of Australian Consumer Law. I also raised the issue with the crypto trading platform that endorsed this tax calculator, but the matter was not resolved.I feel deceived and intend to lodge a complaint with NSW Fair Trading.I think they can’t be trusted.
