While the issue I had with CTC not updating reports from the data set was slow to fix and caused setbacks with client work, my case support worker, Chris, was fabulous. We worked through many areas to determine what the error was and then it was up to the programming team to remedy the situation. After using CTC for the past 3 odd years, this is the first system issue I have had. As an overall, this product is easy to use, and the team is always quick to assist with queries.
