I’ll own my part — I should’ve double-checked the fitment. But Summit Racing’s customer service is absolutely pathetic. Their website said the part fit my vehicle, yet it didn’t. I reached out immediately to see if a replacement was possible. Two days later? Crickets. No response. When I finally did hear back, all I got was a lazy link and “you should have bought this.” That’s not support — that’s a brush-off. No explanation, no offer to help, no sense that they care whether I ever buy from them again. If your website gives bad fitment info, the least you can do is stand behind it or at least respond to your customers. Instead, Summit Racing proved that once they’ve got your money, you’re on your own.I’ve spent plenty with them over the years, but this was the last straw. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and a complete absence of customer service.
