I regret to share a thoroughly disappointing experience with Sunbright Windows or any of their dodgy spin-off companies. The quality of their work is abysmal, accompanied by an utter lack of customer service. The structure they worked on has developed persistent leaks, and their installation work is far from satisfactory.Moreover, their financial practices are questionable at best. They engage in shady money transactions, taking deposits upfront and conveniently delaying the final estimate until after the deposit becomes non-refundable. To add insult to injury, the estimate was, for us, nearly doubled, a clear display of their dodgy business practices.I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear and avoid getting involved. This company's poor quality, awful customer service, and unscrupulous financial practices make them a regrettable choice for any project. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for a reliable, honest service provider.
