Thee absolute worst rental experience I have ever had!! Rude office staff and ridiculous fees on top of fees! Would never rent from any Sun Community ever again!! Not even if the rent were reasonable and the lot was free for these snap together Lego homes. Disgusting treatment from manager Tabitha here, she is very rude, dismissive and lacks empathy and understanding when experiencing financial hardship. My unpleasant experience was at the Highland Greens Highland MI location particularly, but I highly recommend you look elsewhere if you are considering living in a Sun (subpar) community regardless of location, read other’s experiences and talk to people who have had first hand experience before you sign on with these guys.
