In my experience, USELESS insurance.I found dealing with Suncorp insurance an absolute nightmare.Their claims department is horrible to deal with, even for not-at-fault claims.Call centres are slow with long wait times and poor customer service.Also high insurance premiums to get any decent coverage.I will be AVOIDING Suncorp insurance and their many other insurance brands in future.
