I haven’t been with Suncorp for 30yrs and I received a letter from them updating their privacy policy. I was angered that after all this time they still had my information. 30yrs! So I rang and asked them why they can have it for so long and that I wanted my information removed. After about an hour of back and forth with the guy asking several different departments I was politely told they can’t delete my information. I asked why and all I received was they can’t. So, you can imagine how angry I was and I still don’t understand why they can’t delete it so I’ve sent an email to the ACCC about it. This is about the 4th company that has done this but this is the only company that won’t delete your information. So beware SUNCORP!!! HAVE NO BUSINESS WITH THEM WHATSOEVER!!! You’re information isn’t safe!!
