You have the option to choose your own repairer or go with their recommended repairer. However, if you choose your own, Suncorp often neglects to support the customer and seems to avoid providing assistance. When customers request information, Suncorp frequently refuses to share it. The only solution to this issue seems to be involving the ACCC, Fair Trading, or other relevant consumer protection services.
