The delivery to France was slow, and it ended up at the wrong pickup location, quite far from me. It took a long journey on public transport to retrieve it. I reached out to request a change to a closer pickup point or home delivery, but they informed me it would be returned and a refund would take weeks. It feels like they're holding my money hostage. The courier indicated no issues with delivery, but the company should have arranged it correctly. A terrible experience that I wouldn't want to repeat.
