I recommend avoiding this product. My item arrived with broken seals on both packages. Initially, they asked me to pay for return shipping, but later agreed to a refund. However, they stopped responding, which is unacceptable. I've never received supplements with broken seals before, especially not two from the same order. Poor quality—stay away.
