I placed an order on December 19th, and a month later, I still haven't received my supplements. The tracking link states "will be handed over to the post office soon," but it has said this for four weeks now. Clearly, something is off. The email support was unhelpful, only mentioning they would escalate the issue, but I never received any follow-up. It's frustrating not being able to speak with someone directly. I either want a refund or my package within the next three days.
