Sunday Natural shows order status "complete" whilst courier after 4 days of so-called order compete continues to state "We're expecting it "
Sunday Natural appeared to ignore my first message concerning their apparent delivery problem.
My subsequent message stating Sunday Natural potential Breach of Contract resulted in an almost immediate reply of " we will come back to you as soon as possible"
I have not received a reply of when will I receive a response.
I notice "frustraions with communications" is not unkown when dealing with Sunday Natural.
Next Moves
Ask Sunday Natural to confirm exactly when the parcel was collected. If they can't provide proof of collection (like a manifest or drop-off receipt), it’s likely still with them.
Set a Final Deadline: Specify a "reasonable" time for delivery ( another 7 days). If if this is missed this, I have the right to treat the contract as ended and demand a full refund.
