No problems whatsoever. I ordered a pair of pierced earrings as a gift for a friend only to find out shortly after that she didn't have pierced ears. I immediately emailed both the company and PayPal (who had already made payment at time of ordering) to cancel the order. They responded immediately to confirm cancellation and the payment I had made was refunded in full the next day.
