So disappointed! I ordered a personalized teddy of my grandfather. The example pictures they show are so amazing and I was excited to receive my parcel and happy with what it was supposed to look like. When I received my order I cried! It was not at all what I ordered. Instead of a teddy I got this shaped pillow with a photo of my grandfather on it.
Such a scam!
