Order not received, and no responses to my enquiries with their customer services.1. Order placed on 18/05/2018 for sunglasses for €210.502. Email received from Sunglasses.ie on 18/05/2018: "Your order has been received and will be processed once payment has been confirmed."3. €210.50 deducted from credit card on 18/05/20184. I email to enquire what the status of the order is on 01/06/2018: no response received from Sunglasses.ie5. I use the web form to enquire what the status is on 04/06/2018: no response received6. I send another email pointing out that I still do not have my order, nor any replies to the 2 messages above: no response received7. I come onto this website and hope that perhaps I might get some sort of response.I understand that sometimes there isn't stock, although when I placed the order I was informed there was stock. What I do not understand is ignoring customers who have paid for something and would like to know when, or if, they will receive it.
