I purchased my pressure washer in 2020. Despite the 5 years of elapsed time, I bought it for a seasonal property, and subsequently, it was only used a few times each season. After using it once this summer, I just tried to use it again & it wouldn't turn on. I contacted customer service in an effort to troubleshoot. Although I will commend them on their responsiveness, we failed to get the issue resolved. Very disappointing & will likely not purchase a replacement from this company.
