My order was tampered with during delivery (opened and resealed), and the company refused to take responsibility for a compromised consumable product. I had to fight tooth and nail—including a bank escalation—just to get them to accept a return. I’ve been waiting for my refund since 15/01/2026 and keep getting the runaround. Shifting the risk of tampered goods onto the customer is unethical. Never again.
