I've reached out multiple times and only received a brief response claiming it had already been sent (this was after my second follow-up). I was expecting at least a kind message with an apology for the delay.I understand that running a small business can be overwhelming, but if delays happen, it's important to be transparent about shipping times. Additionally, responding to customers in a considerate manner goes a long way.Update: I finally received the poster, and the quality is excellent. However, as others have mentioned, it's a shame that a company with such great products tarnishes its reputation with poor communication. Food for thought!
