I purchased a pair of beach chairs and a matching umbrella. 48 hours later received an email infomring me the chairs are out of stock but the umbrella has been sent. I explained that it was a matching set and due to their stock ERROR i would like to return the umbrella. After 5+ emails i am still waiting for a return label, i would AVOID this company, very unprofessional and questionable "setup". Stick to the main stream ecommerce stores who are happy to help when it comes to returns and refunds! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM!!Update: They did refund me whilst waiting for the return label.
