It is a scam. When you transfer funds to them, it disappears and never shows on their end. Trying to recover it is also futile. You should see how the customer service interacts with clients in emails. I have pages of poor customer service experiences. It has been two weeks of back and forth since I transferred my funds, and I am finally giving up. EDIT: Eventually received my refund after escalating my complaint. EDIT 2: My review remains. Especially since they initially refused to refund me until I removed my review, which is unacceptable and shows their true nature.
