We have had the doors for some years and they have been grand but now the locks don’t work. I have written and called for advice on what to do but have had no responses .. your after customer care is a major gap . Alternatively, you can view our Frameless Glass Doors, which are ideal for room dividers, enclosures, out-buildings and commercial installations. They work on the same principle of slide and turn but are not suitable as doors from your home to outside, as they are tempered glass.
