While I can't review the experience and food, I can review Captain Gene. Captain Gene watched the weather before our trip and made the decision to cancel due to wind which would have been detrimental to an enjoyable experience. He texted the day before to try to reschedule and kept me updated the day of. This kind of honesty and customer service is hard to find.
