My first loan was paid on time. When i tried to apply again its seclined. Then it shows account blocked untill18.02.26. And today it still shows the same. No answer to emails and no answer ro any calls

Frustrating Experience with Loan Application

I applied for a loan on Wednesday morning before 8 am on 14/01/2026, received approval, signed the contract, and accepted the debit order. Today is the 16th, and when I called yesterday, they informed me there was an issue in the accounts department. Since then, I've received no updates or communication. I'm left with a debit order on my bank account and no funds have been transferred to me. This has been the worst experience I've ever had.
