We have used Sunskips twice this year and the communication is good and they drop off the skip on the day you requested without any hitches.The staff are friendly and helpful both in the office and those that deliver the skips. The first time we ordered a skip in the summer the driver who collected it helped me to add a few more items to the skip, as I was unable to due to recovering from an operation, which was extremely kind of them.You often get a few days longer to have the skip, which isn’t a problem and I have phoned them up just to make sure that they haven’t forgotten us. They like to give customers the opportunity to fill the skip as much as needed. You don’t need to be in when they collect the skip as long as they have access to where the skip is. We are very impressed with their service and competitive price. We are looking to get our 3rd skip next year.
