My pergola was installed yesterday. Unfortunately the paintwork is very poor and flaking off on multiple parts around the structure. The installers did not notice this. I noticed immediately and called to report and send photos and a video. These can be seen on a Google review. I have yet to hear back to acknowledge the issue and when the damaged parts will be replaced. Not what you would expect for a £10k plus premium product. Order number 15145 / S04044EDIT: 23/06 Suns Lifestyle have contacted me and the replacement parts will be fitted on the 4th July.
