He is very good, great suggestions to ensure pergola was situated in best place for us despite a couple of small issues with groundwork we did before install. He didnt stop from start to finish. Brilliant all round!The one thing that maybe would be helpful is if people cant get an onsite survey from Suns beforehand, a quick videocall / facetime or even phonecall with Craig or one of the fitters prior to groundwork being done could potentially save unneccessary work being done beforehand. This could maybe then help the fitter ahead of his visit, saving time for everyone?
