23/05/2025 :Great Quailty furniture and the sales team are very good at selling! Sold me a sofa with a “white glove” service on delivery. Sofa is great can’t fault that but the delivery service was pretty poor, when they sell you it as a “white glove service” left cable ties across patio, used my toilet but didn’t flush and ask me how the sofa fitted together. Not so good delivery service, kind of just seems to me once they’ve got your money the standards drop considerably. I messaged the company the day of delivery and still no reply, or even acknowledgement of the message. Update 24/05/2025: Suns lifestyle has reach out to me to apology after 2 days from delivery, they have offered me an accessory of my choice from a set list as a gesture of apology which is very much appreciated.
