Mark from the sales team helped me select the correct pergola for my project. Brent and Steve who assembled my pergola were great on the day. Also Alison in the office in organising my fitting date. I would like to call out Brent who went the extra mile. He came out to do a site survey before I had ordered and made me feel comfortable with the product. Went through everything on my options, as I had a challenging element to were I was putting the pergola. Brent came up with a solution for me, which was great. He also worked around my electrician who was fitting the heaters. And came back on his day off to complete the pergola after the electrician had finished. Overall, a great experience throughout my purchase from the SUNS team and great customer service also. Especially from Brent.
